Instructions:

For the gingerbread, sift the rye flour into a mixing bowl, add all the other ingredients and knead well.

Remove from the bowl, knead by hand into a smooth dough and let rest for 1 day.

Then cut out cookies in any shape and brush with milk. Bake the gingerbread at 180 degrees hot air for about 10 minutes.
