Rinse and pluck the grapes and spread them evenly in a buttered shallow ovenproof casserole dish (30 cm ø). Melt the butter at low temperature on the stove or in the microwave. Whisk the eggs, salt and sugar in a baking bowl using a fork, add the flour and stir until the mixture is completely smooth. Then add the melted butter and mix in the milk. Pour the mixture over the grapes, place the butter flakes on top and bake in a heated oven at 210 °C on the middle shelf for about 35 minutes. Serve lukewarm or cooled.
