For gratinated fish sticks in a bed of spinach, preheat the oven to 220 degrees (top heat).
Peel and chop the garlic and sauté in oil in a pan. Deglaze with the whipping cream, add the leaf spinach and simmer slowly. Season to taste with a little salt and pepper.
Fry the fish sticks in a pan with a little oil and drain. Then put the spinach in an ovenproof casserole dish and spread evenly. Place the fish sticks on the spinach bed and sprinkle with the cheese. Then bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
