Instructions:

*Remove the skin from the garlic and crush it. Clean the fennel and cut into strips. Halve bell bell pepper, remove seeds and cut into strips. Halve chili, remove seeds and chop finely.

*Melt butter in a frying pan. Add bell bell pepper, fennel, garlic and chili bell pepper, cook for 5 minutes. Fold in orange zest, juice and wine, season and bring to a boil.

*Place the fish in the frying pan and cover the frying pan tightly with a lid. Reduce temperature, gently simmer for about 10 minutes until fish is cooked and can be easily picked apart with the tip of a knife. Seasoning.

*Divide fish evenly among four preheated serving plates. Arrange vegetables and sauce around fish. Garnish with basil leaves and orange slices. Bring to the table immediately.

Cooking Tip Do not overcook the ingredients in step 3 or the fish will become dry and the vegetables will overcook.
