Rinse and clean the melanzane and cut in half lengthwise. Score each half a few times lengthwise and place in a fan shape on an oiled baking sheet. Rinse, clean, quarter and core tomatoes. Dice flesh. Crumble cheese. Sprinkle tomatoes and cheese over eggplant fans. Season with salt, pepper and herbs. Drizzle with a little bit of oil and bake in the heated oven (e-kitchen stove: 200ø C/Gasher: level 3) for about 20 min. Drizzle with remaining oil in between. Garnish if necessary.
