Instructions:

For the egg spread, first hard boil the eggs and rinse, then peel. Next, mix the curd with a hand mixer until smooth. Finely chop the eggs and add to the curd.

Also chop the pickled gherkins and add them. Add the mayonnaise to the curd-egg-gherkin mixture and fold in vigorously.

Season to taste with salt (possibly herb salt) and pepper.
