Finely dice the onion and ham. Heat the oil in a frying pan and sauté the onion and ham cubes in it.
Clean the chanterelles and add them. Sauté at high temperature until their own liquid has evaporated. Extinguish with the wine. After adding the wine, simmer briefly. Next add clear soup and whipped cream.
Chop the parsley and add. Cover the frying pan and simmer for about 15 minutes. Just before serving, season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper.

Serve with bread dumplings.
