For the chocolate nut slices, beat egg whites until stiff. Mix sugar, butter and yolks until creamy. Add nuts and softened chocolate.

Mix flour with baking powder and fold in alternately with beaten egg whites. Spread the dough on a baking tray covered with baking paper.

Bake for about 20 minutes. Then spread one half with jam, place the second on top, cut into slices, decorate with softened chocolate and a nut.
