Instructions:

Peel the celery (this will remove the fibers) and cut into thin slices. Slice the garlic and sauté in plenty of olive oil. Add the anchovies and mash them in the pan. Let the oil cool down. Salt the celery, pour the cooled oil and lemon juice over it and let the celery sit for some time. Before serving, season with pepper and the spice mixture.
