Try this delicious cake recipe:

Finely crush the Neugewürz and coriander, coarsely chop the Belegkirschen and candied orange peel.

Bring the whipping cream with coriander and new spice, butter and sugar to a boil once in a saucepan while stirring. Remove from heat, add cashews, flaked almonds and flour, mix well.

Arrange into cookies in a round cookie cutter (4 cm ø) and place on parchment paper.

Bake in heated oven 12-150 mmin at 180 °C until golden brown. Remove from baking sheet and cool. If desired, coat the underside with chocolate icing.
