For the breakfast roll, remove the puff pastry from the refrigerator and let it thaw for 10 minutes.
In the meantime, chop the ham and onion, finely chop the basil. Mix the egg with the salt and basil. Preheat the oven, roll out the puff pastry and brush with the pumpkin seed oil.
Spread the egg mixture over it and a little of the grated cheese, then spread the diced turkey and onion. Add a little cheese on top and then roll up widthwise. At the end, spread some cheese and rosemary on top.
Then place the breakfast roll in the oven for approx. 12 minutes at approx. 180 °C.
