Instructions:

For the blondie brownie cake, first prepare the dark brownie. Melt butter and Manner chocolate coating together in a saucepan.

Beat the eggs with the sugar until foamy. Stir in the butter and chocolate coating mixture and the milk. Then carefully stir the flour and baking powder into the egg-butter mixture. Finally, finely chop the Manner Picnic Sticks B&W and fold them in.

For the light batter, repeat the recipe separately with the ingredients for the light blondie batter.

Pour the dark brownie mixture into a baking pan lined with baking paper (approx. 28 cm diameter) or into a square baking tray. Pour the blondie mixture on top.

Bake the blondie brownie cake in the preheated oven at 170 °C for about 20 to 25 minutes.
