For the blackberry coconut golaches, preheat the oven to 170 degrees convection. For the filling, mix the mascarpone with sugar, coconut oil, liqueur, coconut custard powder and yolks until creamy.

If the mixture is too liquid, use a little more custard powder. Roll out the puff pastry, cut into squares and spread the filling on top. Place the blackberries on top.

Beat an organic egg. Brush the corners with egg and fold diagonally to form golaches. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and brush with egg. Bake in the preheated oven for about 16-18 minutes.
