Instructions:

For the beef toast, first remove the core of the apple and slice the flesh.

Salt and pepper the meat on both sides. Heat the oil in a frying pan and brown the meat on both sides.

Butter each slice of toast and place a piece of beef on each. Top with the apple slices and spread the cheese on top.

Briefly bake the beef toast using the oven’s grill function until the cheese has melted.
