For the banana marzipan cake, cut the cake base twice horizontally. Prepare vanilla cream powder according to instructions with the milk, beat until stiff and mix quickly and well with the room-warm butter.

Peel the bananas and cut into slices. Spread some cream on one cake layer, top with banana slices and spread cream again.

Place the second cake layer on top and repeat the process. Spread the rest of the cream also on the edge.

Cover the cake with the marzipan and press down. Melt the chocolate in a water bath and decorate the banana-marzipan cake with a brush.
