Instructions:

For the bacon dumplings, place the bread cubes in a bowl. Heat butter in a pan, sauté onion. Mix in the parsley and pour over the bread cubes.

Whisk milk, eggs, salt and nutmeg and pour over bread cubes as well. Fry bacon in a pan and add.

Mix everything well and let it stand. If the mixture is too thin, add flour. Form small dumplings and deep-fry them in oil until crispy.

Clean lettuce, wash and spin dry, mix sour cream with remaining ingredients and marinate lettuce with it.

Serve the fried bacon dumplings with cream endive.
