A simple but delicious cake recipe:
– finely ground – finely ground one
In a heavy frying pan, heat half the butter, add khas khas and almond kernels and fry for about one minute. Remove and cool on a plate. Brush a baking sheet with the remaining butter. In a heavy saucepan, bring sugar and heavy cream to a boil over high heat. Turn the kitchen stove down to low and make the mixture, stirring occasionally, in about 5 minutes. Add khas khas and almond kernels and stir meanwhile until the mixture has a doughy consistency and separates from the sides and bottom of the saucepan. Remove the saucepan from the kitchen stove. Add cardamom powder and nutmeg spice, stir and spread evenly on the spot with a spatula to a thickness of one centimeter on the baking sheet.
Cool. Cut into squares with a kitchen knife.
