Have fun preparing this mushroom dish!

Cut leek and bell bell pepper into fine strips, carrots into sticks. Cut oyster mushrooms in half, remove seeds from chili pepper and cut into rings.

Heat vegetable cream in a frying pan and fry chili pepper and oyster mushrooms in it at the beginning. Add carrots and bell bell pepper and cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes.

Finally, fold in soybean sprouts and leeks and cook for another 5 min, seasoning with soy sauce.

Cook glass noodles according to instructions. Arrange the vegetables on top and bring to the table.
