Asian Marinated Pork Steak with Snow Peas

Rinse cooled neck steaks and dry with kitchen paper.

In a shallow bowl teriyaki marinade form and mix with sesame seeds, honey and minced garlic. If desired, you can add a little cayenne pepper. Turn the neck steaks in it to the other side and marinate for about half an hour.

In the meantime, peel the asparagus spears, clean the snow peas and cut both into bite-sized pieces. Clean and seed the peppers and cut the flesh into cubes. Melt the butter in a coated frying pan and brown the asparagus and the snow peas in it. Add a little vegetable soup and cook the vegetables until al dente. Finally, add the diced peppers and season the vegetables with iodized salt and ground bell pepper. Grill the marinated neck steaks on a grill or in a frying pan.

Serve:

Arrange steaks with vegetables on plates. Serve with freshly baked herb butter baguette.
