Instructions:

Soak the dried fruit in the mineral water for 4 hours. Next, grind everything together with an electric hand blender.

The amount in a screw jar form.

This jam will keep for a few days in the refrigerator. You can put it on rice cakes, millet bread or other bases.

For the jelly just use more mineral water. After soaking and mixing, let the quantity bubble up.

Stir the agar-agar with water and add to the simmering quantity form. Simmer briefly, then pour into a glass bowl and cool.

Garnish with whipped cream and cinnamon.
