For the smoked soup, peel the greens, cut off the ends, cool and roughly cut a few times. In a soup pot, place the cut greens and the roller.
Cover with lukewarm water until the roller is well covered with water. Add a pinch of pepper, about 3-4 pcs. Bay leaves and who would like and has with lovage season.
Bring to a boil, then turn down and simmer gently for about 1 1/2 hours. After about 1 hour, fish out all the greens and slice and set aside for the time being.
When the smoked roll is ready, strip the roll of skin and sometimes net and also slice and dice.
Transfer the soup through a fine sieve into a fresh pot and add the sliced vegetables and meat. Finish with soup powder if necessary and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
