For the vegetables in puff pastry, defrost the puff pastry. Cut the puff pastry sheets once.

Preheat oven to 225 degrees (convection oven 200 degrees). Place the pastry on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Rinse asparagus, cut off woody ends.

Cut asparagus in half lengthwise and fry in butter for about 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Whisk eggs and milk.

Spread dough with half of the egg milk. Cover with Parma ham. Spread asparagus, grated Parmesan and hazelnut flakes on top and roll up. Brush with remaining egg milk.

Bake the vegetables in the puff pastry for 15-18 minutes until golden.
