For the egg spread with cress, hard boil the eggs. Rinse, peel and chop.
Wash tomatoes, cut in half, remove seeds and cut into small cubes. Roughly chop two thirds of the cress.
Mix curd cheese with pepper and salt. Add eggs, tomato cubes and chopped cress. Season with salt and pepper.
Dry roast the sunflower seeds in a dry frying pan without fat.
Serve the egg spread with cress sprinkled with the remaining cress and sunflower seeds!
Serve with fresh bread and butter.
