For the cabbage salad with caper mayonnaise, first cut the cabbage into quarters, remove the stalk and cut finely. It is best to use a vegetable slicer, because then the strips will be very thin.

Remove the capers from the brine and chop finely.

Cut the chives into fine rolls.
