Cut cabbage into strips. Cut pumpkin and bell bell pepper into cubes. Remove seeds from peppers and cut into thin rings. Chop garlic finely.
Heat oil in a large saucepan. Sauté peppers and garlic in it. Briefly sweat paradeis pulp and caraway seeds. Add remaining vegetables. Season with salt and pepper. Add vegetable soup. Cook for about 20 minutes with the lid closed. Season again. Chop parsley and sprinkle on top.
