In a large saucepan, bring enough water to a boil.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Sauté the garlic in it until golden and remove. Fry the bacon in the oil until golden. Set the frying pan aside.
Season the boiling water with salt and make the spaghetti al dente.
Mix the eggs in a larger baking bowl, stir in the two cheeses, season with salt and season with pepper. Repeatedly heat the oil with the bacon.
Drain the spaghetti, reserving 120 ml of the water. Immediately add both to the frying pan and toss the pasta in the fat for a few more minutes.
Remove the frying pan from the stove and add the egg-cheese mixture. Arrange the dish on a heated plate and bring to the table very hot.
