Pasta dishes are always a good idea!
1. noodles in enough boiling hot salted water according to package instructions cook sugar snap peas cut into thirds and the last 2 min to the noodles form. Cut sausage into sticks. Cut tomatoes into quarters.
Mix mayo with yogurt, lime zest and juice, pepper, sugar, salt and milk until smooth. Cut chives into rolls. Drain noodles and sugar snap peas, rinse and drain well. Mix with sausage sticks, tomatoes as well as the vinaigrette in a baking dish and stir through for 5 minutes. Season if necessary.
Tip: Always use small noodles for pasta salad (e.g. croissant shape) otherwise the salad will be munchy.
