Ingredients are for in about 100 g of spice mixture.

Finely grind chili peppers with mustard seeds, coriander, cumin seeds, peppercorns, fenugreek and curry leaves in an electric coffee grinder or spice grinder and place in baking bowl.

Add turmeric to the mixture and whisk properly. Put the curry powder into the container and close it tightly.

Info: Curry powder is a mixture of different spices. The composition of the powder follows centuries of tradition and experience – here the mass of the individual spices varies according to region and family tradition.
