For the polenta meringue, mix the polenta semolina, cold milk, salt and sugar. Add the prepared apples.

Pour the mixture into a pan with fat, bake in the oven preheated to 180° C for about 30 minutes until golden brown (test with a stick) and immediately cut into pieces.

Sugar if desired.
