For the wild garlic dumplings, mix curd cheese and egg. Sauté finely chopped onion and add. Finely chop the wild garlic and spinach and fold in as well.
Season to taste and finally add flour and breadcrumbs and season to taste. Mix well and let rest for at least an hour.
Form small dumplings and simmer in lightly simmering water for about 8-10 minutes. Toss the finished wild garlic dumplings in butter or top with cheese.
