Instructions:

Cut the spring onions into rings. Chop tarragon. Press garlic. Mix curd, olive oil, prepared ingredients and water, season with salt, cayenne bell pepper and paprika.

Slice rump steak, fry in hot oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Cut bread into quarters, score deeply and fill with onion rings, curd and meat.
