Meat rinse, dry and cut into small cubes. Remove the skin from the onions and chop finely. Rinse tomatoes and cut off. Rinse peppers, dry, remove seeds and cut into thin rings. Clean mushrooms and cut into slices. Rinse parsley, dry and chop finely. Clean the spring onions and cut the white into thin strips (use the green elsewhere).
Heat the oil in a frying pan and brown the meat on all sides. Gradually add the onions, peppers, mushrooms and tomato pieces and season with thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper.
Steam for about 15-20 minutes. Shortly before the end of the cooking time, add the spring onion strips.
Serve with bread or long grain rice.
