For the spelt flour pizza dough, dissolve Tockengerm with sugar in lukewarm water. Put flour, salt and oil in a bowl.

Add yeast water and knead well until everything becomes an elastic dough. Add a little water or flour depending on the consistency.

Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rise for about 1 hour. Then divide into portions, roll out thinly and cover with pizza topping.
