For the oat bread, knead the wheat flour, yeast, salt, sugar and lukewarm water in the food processor on speed 1 until a dough forms. Add the oats and butter and continue to knead for about 1 minute on speed 1, then 5 minutes on speed 2.

If the dough is too firm, add a little water. The dough is ready when it comes away easily from the side of the bowl. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 40 minutes (it should double in volume).

Then knead again and place in a loaf pan. Cover again and let rest for 30 minutes. Then bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for 45 minutes. Turn off the oven and leave the bread in the residual heat for 10 minutes.

Then take it out and remove it from the pan. Leave to cool on a cooling rack.
