For the mushroom cream pasta, cook the pasta in salted water according to package directions. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into thin slices. Finely chop the onion and saute in olive oil.
Add the mushrooms and continue to sauté until they are collapsed and lightly brown. Remove the pan from the heat, stir in the cream and season with salt, pepper and parsley.
Mix the mushroom cream sauce with the drained pasta and serve.
