Remove the skin from the bananas. Mix egg. Turn bananas in it, in breadcrumbs and almond kernels to the other side. Heat butter in a frying pan. Roast bananas in it until golden brown all around. Divide evenly on plates and keep warm. Warm sour cherries in roast stock, drizzle with juice of one lemon and pour over bananas form. Pour cherry brandy over it. Serve.
