For crispy chickpeas with pesto, first drain the chickpeas, rinse with cold water and dry.
Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Mix the chickpeas with pesto and season with salt and pepper if necessary. Spread on the baking sheet and put in the oven for 40-45 minutes. Keep turning and be careful not to burn the pesto. Remove crispy chickpeas with pesto and serve immediately.
