For the vegetable soup with Debreziner, first chop the onion and garlic and fry lightly in oil. Carrots small, leek in fine rings cut in the pot and roast briefly. Pour the water, add the diced potatoes, zucchini and peas. Add the remaining vegetables from the greens either whole or chopped. Bring to a simmer.
Just before the vegetables are done, add the debreziner cut into thin slices. Bind with flour and season with salt (a little, since the debreziner give off a lot of seasoning) and pepper.
