Instructions:

Prepare bread dough from baking mix according to package instructions.

Roll out the dough.

Product knowledge Selchkaree: Selchkaree is cured, then lightly smoked pork loin. Selchkaree is a quick roast: 1 kg requires only 1 hour. Do not season with salt! Preparation: coat selchkaree with mustard and put on the dough. Separate egg and brush the edges of the dough with egg white. Fold the dough around the selchkaree and press it neatly smooth. Mix the egg yolks and brush the dough with them. Bake in a heated oven at 200° Celsius (gas mark 3) for about

45-50 minutes.

So that it doesn’t get too baked, reinforce the opening with aluminum foil or possibly use a cookie cutter.

Preparation of Brussels sprouts: clean and rinse Brussels sprouts, cut in half if necessary. Heat meat broth in a saucepan until hot, add Brussels sprouts and saute with lid closed for 150 mmin. Season with salt and pepper.
