Instructions:

For the cabbage rolls with potatoes, blanch 8-10 cabbage leaves.

For the filling, sauté the chopped onion until translucent and let cool. Mix Fix Basis Faschiertes with 125 ml water and a tablespoon, let rest briefly.

Soak the bread cubes in water and add to the mixture, as well as the cooled onion pieces and 2-3 pressed garlic cloves. Add the minced meat and stir well.

Cut the remaining cabbage into small pieces and put it into a roasting pan, pour soup broth over it. Peel and quarter the potato and the remaining onion.

Fill the cooled cabbage leaves with the minced mixture, roll them up and place them together with the potato and onion pieces on the remaining cabbage in the roaster.

Roast at 200 °C convection oven for approx. 50 – 60 minutes.
