A bean recipe for every taste:
Cut the cod fillet into bite-sized pieces.
Form and finely chop the fish pieces with garlic, fish sauce, chilies, cilantro, kaffir lime leaves, egg and flour in the wide of a food processor. Then transfer the batter to a large baking bowl.
Add the beans to the baking bowl form and mix with the fish batter.
Form the fish batter into balls and press flat.
Heat the oil in a wok. Fry the balls in it until golden brown on all sides.
Place the fish balls on a serving plate and bring to the table hot.
