Try this delicious cake recipe:

Prepare a sponge and spread it on a greased baking sheet. The washed currants on the dough form.

Bake for about 25 min at 175-200 °C.

Whip 3 egg whites until stiff and fold in 150 g sugar. Form the egg white mixture on the cake. Bake again at 200-225 °C for 8 minutes.
