Instructions:

For the nougat pockets, take the puff pastry out of the package and roll it out.

Cut the puff pastry into 2×4 cm rectangles, break the chocolate into ribs.

Place 2 ribs of chocolate on each piece of dough and sprinkle thinly with hazelnuts. Fold the rectangles and brush with yolk.

Bake the nougat pockets in the oven at 180 °C top/bottom heat for about 15 minutes until light.
