For the cabbage with potato chips, chop the cabbage head and steam with water until soft. Season with salt, pepper and caraway seeds.
When the cabbage is soft, empty out most of the water and mash with a masher. Peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices.
Place the slices on a baking sheet, overlapping slightly, and brush with oil and sprinkle with salt and parsley. Bake in the oven at 180 °C until crispy. Arrange the cabbage with potato chips and serve.
