Wash and dry the wild garlic and pluck the leaves (the stems are not used).
Add 4 tablespoons of the sea salt and strain both together with a blender.
Add the remaining salt and blend well.
Let the wild garlic salt dry slowly (preferably spread thinly on a baking sheet) for 2-3 days. Stir from time to time.
Store in a sealable container until ready to use.
