For the vegetable curry, peel the carrots and cut into slices of about 1 cm. Peel the kohlrabi and cut into cubes.

Sauté both in a little oil. Then add the sliced zucchini and diced pumpkin, as well as the curry paste.

Sauté briefly and add the coconut milk and simmer until the vegetables are firm to the bite. Season to taste with salt, pepper and soy sauce.

If the vegetable curry is too thick, add some vegetable soup.
