For the beetroot soup with breadcrumbs, wash and clean beets and cut into small pieces. Sauté a little in butter, then pour in soup.

Cut beef into small pieces and add, slice zucchini. While the soup is simmering, make the breadcrumbs. To do this, mix the very soft butter with the egg, add the flour and then the breadcrumbs.

Mix well with a fork until a malleable dough is formed. Turn it into small dumplings. Once they are all ready, cook them in the soup for about 5 minutes and add the zucchini slices.

Serve the beet soup with the dumplings.
