Slit the dates with the stone along the long side and remove the stone. Rinse and dry the thyme, pluck the leaves and chop them very finely.

Knead the marzipan with the very finely chopped ingredients, divide into 20 pieces, form into oblong rolls and fill them into the dates. Cool until ready to serve. You can also cook everything together in a hand mixer, then you save the chopping.
