Instructions:

Mix 50 g butter with 50 g sugar and 2 egg yolks until very creamy. Let the dark chocolate melt and stir into the butter mixture. Cut the white chocolate into small cubes and also mix carefully. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt and 20 g sugar until very stiff and fold in carefully with the sifted flour. Fill the batter into the buttered muffins and bake in the heated oven at 200 °C for about 20 minutes. Turn out the muffins and cool. Cover the surface with the chocolate icing and sprinkle with sprinkles.

Tip: Use better chocolate – the better the result will taste!
