Instructions:

For the rump steak with herb salt, wash and finely chop the herbs. Remove the seeds from the chili pepper and finely chop it.

In a mortar, put the herbs, chili pepper and half of the coarse sea salt. Now grind finely. Once everything is a homogeneous paste, add the rest of the salt and prepare the whole thing again in the mortar to a fine herb salt.

Season the rump steaks with the herb salt and season with pepper.

Heat oil in a frying pan and sear the steaks on both sides for just a few minutes so that the rump steak is still pink inside.
